Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with our merchants to meet their needs.
- Develop strategies for bringing in new merchants and optimizing current partnerships.
- Keep an eye on transactions 24/7 to spot and stop any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Investigate and resolve any suspicious activities to maintain security and compliance.
- Efficiently handle customer disputes and inquiries.
- Work closely with various partners to ensure seamless dispute resolution.
- Establish and maintain a robust fraud prevention and detection system.
- Swiftly address any fraudulent activities.
- Keep the lines of communication open with our partners, such as banks and payment processors.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in fintech or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, payment processing, and regulations.
- Deep understanding of fraud management and dispute resolution in fintech.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Experience in risk management and fraud prevention is advantageous.
- Effective team leadership skills.
