Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding what the clients want and their tastes.
- Working with them closely to collect/gather all the information the operations may need before sending them to the operations team. We will give a few examples
- Create a clear and easy-to-understand job scope for the operations team so there is no way for them to go wrong.
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the client.
- Upsell and cross-sale our key services. Offering them our guaranteed services/products from time to time and trying to convince them to purchase those.
- Communicating with clients on their various questions, concerns, new plans, and various other things since the sales team hands over the project to the project manager until the successful completion of the job.
- Following up on the payments and collecting payments at the earliest.
- Helping the sales team to measure work so they can give an accurate quote to the clients.
- Quality assurance based on the job scope the project manager prepared initially for the operations team
- Setting up a timeframe for every project after measuring the job scope. This will be needed by the accountants team and also this will help in various other areas.
- Monitoring the projects closely with the operations team so we can update clients on the status when needed.
- Creating various policies based on the existing problems they will face. For example, if taking all the information manually is a problem, we can create different forms for different types of projects so clients can share all the required information through those forms and they are stored in an organized way.
