Job Responsibilities:
- Sales of ICT, software, and mobile applications-based products;
- Fluent communication skills and be able to conduct client presentations for potential business
- Creative planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Creates necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising and conducts advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is preferable.
- Developing writing content for blogs, articles, product/product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company`s target customers.
- Conduct routine tasks assigned by the management and provide feedback to the management as per company requirements.
- Good command of English speaking & written expression
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch products, service, and combination packages to clients
- Maintain liaison and develop a good relationship with clients for promotion, up-selling, and cross-selling;
- Regular market/ organization/ Institution visits, pursue new clients, and report thereof of market activities on a daily basis;
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
- Gather market and customer info enabling negotiations in prices, delivery and specifications;
- Help management with forthcoming products and discuss special promotions;
- Any other job/s as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients & meet their business needs
- Ensure revenue from existing & new clients
- Ensure business scale up through cross sales & up sales
- Ensuring client readiness on disbursement & collection process
- Reporting analysis & identifying the growth opportunities
