Robi is looking for Specialist, IRCM Planning 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Support business requirement analysis and solution design for Robi Charging, recharge and Customer interface related applications including all kinds of Online-offline-interconnect-roaming charging/Billing, Subscriber-Service provisioning, CDR mediation, pin/pin-less recharge process and Data Policy controls & rules management.
- Support team to Manage data and integration architecture for Robi Charging, recharge and Customer interface applications
- Ensure the API layer for the Charging, recharge and Customer interface related applications during project scoping, implementation and regular integration support phase
- Support Planning of capacity augmentation projects related to Charging, recharge and Customer interface related applications
- Support Planning and implementation for Charging, recharge and customer interface solution related Projects along with transformation projects
- Support operation team to ensure the availability of all Charging, recharge and Customer interface related applications
- Support the Managers to Ensure IT financial objectives by improving process and services related to all kinds of Charging, recharge and Customer interface related solutions.
- Supports services roll out for the regular Charging, recharge and Customer interface solutions related projects with optimum timelines
- Supports network and service usage data availability to the business for customer analytics and business in-sights.
- Ensure external and internal stakeholder relationships and technical liaison to ensure Robi business goal.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirement:
- B.Sc. in Telecommunications/Physics/Applied Physics/ Computer Science / Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirement:
- Experience in Telco for 1 to 2 year will be added as an advantage
Skills Requirement:
- Technical Capability in Basic Programming, Operating System (eg Linux/Unix) & DB
- System Analysis & Design
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Teamwork
- Business process reengineering
- IT/eTOM/ Telcho service related frameworks
- Communication Proficiency
