Robi is looking for Manager, Enterprise Relationship Management 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management through regular visit / health check call Analytical ability to convince corporate customer regarding billing, solution and new business opportunity creation.
- Retain corporate account and Build a positive image of the company to corporate client through quality service and product innovation.
- Influence accounts to redistribute unused connection and reduce churn. Lead generation from farming/existing account including MNP conversion.
- Ensure on time collection to reduce bad debt. Indoor/Outdoor network complaint follow up and site visit with technology team.
- Place justification to deploy IBS and repeater to mitigate corporate network problem. Handle complaint/ request generated from respective accounts.
- Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Robi’s ICT Solution at key organizations to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Stakeholder management across business teams including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Care, Product Management, Network and Engineering.
- Generate new business opportunities from existing & new clients, understand the technology evaluation of Telco Industry knowledge about 5G and Industry 4.0.
- Achieve individual Sales, acquisition, retention target from existing and new Corporate accounts by building and developing relationships Develop and execute “Business Development Plan” to maximize revenue in shared wallet accounts and gain maximum market share as per strategy.
- Analyze periodic key accounts reports; periodic analysis of zero usage and churn accounts and exercise regular churn add back initiative to maximize revenue Collect accurate feedback on Client requirements and complaint.
- Subsequently develop and execute action plans to ensure client satisfaction and thus maximize revenue.
