ROBI is hiring Specialist, Commercial & Registration Process 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and update process framework to ensure required processes for commercial domain are in place and updated time to time.
- Develop, archive, monitor and enforce commercial processes, SLA as per process framework and business requirement.
- Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective through process improvement/re-engineering opportunities
- Design process for digitization/automation, play business analyst role to achieve business objective.
- Assist projects related to process development, re-engineering, process governance.
- Manage stakeholders and their day to day operational (process related) support.
- Identify potential areas of controls, compliance vulnerability, risk etc. and develop/implement appropriate governance and controls.
- Develop & conduct awareness program for stakeholders regarding critical processes, conduct audit on critical processes and update awareness program accordingly.
- Support to prepare Management reporting.

The company commenced operation in 1997 as Telekom Malaysia International (Bangladesh) with the brand name ‘Aktel’. Eligibilities
Academic Qualifications
- MBA from any reputed institution with good academic record.
Specific Skills Required
- Good understanding on commercial domain (i.e. product, sales channel, customer management, branding, customer acquisition etc.) related process and operations
- Good understanding on systems like CRM, Call Center, Customer Care solution, Products portfolio management etc.)
- Good understanding on potential risk of commercial domain
- Team player, self driven and quick learner
- Six Sigma Training, Project management Training will be added advantage
- Good presentation skills with strong control on Microsoft Office Tools (like MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.)
