Job Responsibilities
- Design, write and deliver highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Partner with the product management team to define and execute the feature roadmap
- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design
- Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, Data, UX, QA etc.) on planning and execution
- Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer delight
- Willingness to learn new languages and methodologies
- An enormous sense of ownership
- Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimization
- Trouble shooting & Customer complaints handling within agreed SLA
- Ensures system uptime, utilizing maximum system capacity, temporary license upgrade, identification, and rectification of revenue leakage issues proactively. Monitor the system performance & Capacity utilization and facilitate additional capacity requirement.
- Maintain Mobile financial platforms meeting the targeted KPI, review, preparing and completing action plans for service quality and customer-service standards, resolving problems, assist in completing audits, determining system risk and improvements scope, implementing changes and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Service Process Automation & Dash board for smooth operational Excellency.

The company commenced operation in 1997 as Telekom Malaysia International (Bangladesh) with the brand name ‘Aktel’. Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
- B.Sc./MSC in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Computer Science/Engineering from any reputed university.
Skills required:
- At least 1-3 years of working experience record working in a fast-moving and fluid environment. Have a track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex, low-latency mobile applications
- Must have Strong Knowledge of iOS app development in either Objective-C / Swift and basic programming problem-solving skills.
- Experience with iOS frameworks (Eg. Core Data, Core Animation, etc.)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate iOS applications
- Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg. Git)
- Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Knowledge and practical experience with popular design patterns.
