Robi is hiring Manager (Revenue Operations, Finance Division) 2021 in Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Revenue Accounting in line with IFRS/BFRS and company policy
- Prepare monthly revenue forecast to support Business Planning team
- Inter divisional transfer pricing (TP) calculation and reporting
- Receivable ageing analysis and provisioning of bad debt as per IFRS/BFRS and company policy
- Liaison with Marketing / Sales team to keep track of new product/ initiatives and ensure proper accounting
- Accounting system design for new products / initiatives
- Ensure proper accounting of revenue related cost and monitoring cost of good sold
- Reconcile interconnection/roaming cost as per policy and ensure proper and timely accounting.
- Resolve interconnection dispute on a timely manner and give adjustment in books as per policy
- Liaison with Marketing / Sales team to keep track of new product/ initiatives and ensure proper accounting
- Reconciliation of unearned revenue: Prepaid system vs General Ledger (GL)
- Reconcile class wise Trading inventory: Physical stock Vs Stock report Vs GL
- Monitor and supervise team to ensure timely Bank reconciliation
- Ensure Monthly revenue and direct cost accounting on timely and prudent manner
- Tracking of all manual journal and recording every month end as per closing checklist
- Trend analysis for revenue and direct cost to facilitate financial review and reporting reasoning
- Ensure monthly reconciliation and analysis of all revenue and related cost P&L and BS codes
- Quarterly and yearly audit support for revenue operation unit
- Support Projects initiated by Finance
- Adhoc Report /activities as required by Management

Eligibilities
Academic Qualifications:
- MBA in accounting with Professional qualification (CA, CMA, CCA)
Skills required:
- Knowledge in ERP/ SAP FA/FI module
- Knowledge in applicable TAX and VAT
- Expert in MS Office with advance Excel modelling and Power point.
Working experience:
- At least 2-5 years in relevant field (experience may be relaxed for expertise in relevant field)
- Understanding and knowledge in Telecom revenue accounting is preferable
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skill
