Job Responsibilities:
- Making end to end execution of inbound and outbound roaming & IDD campaigns.
- Analyzing & launching new retail roaming products while ensuring portfolio P&L.
- Co-ordinating with cross functional team for postpaid prepaid roaming product configuration, rate/charge implementation, launching, promotion etc.
- Tracking operator wise traffic, revenue & overall performance and taking immediate actions based on business needs.
- Taking immediate actions to resolve any matters that relates to Customer Care, Billing, Finance, Tech-nical, Fraud Control, etc.
- Coordinating and taking care of roaming complaints landing to international business team.
- Establishing visibilities of Robi and Airtel International Roaming Services in Bangladesh.
- Making plans and increase the number of Robi and Airtel roaming users through different channels – Singel App, Website, WICs.
- Leading alternate roaming activation channel initiatives.
- Managing & Implementing Roaming Wholesale Deals.
- Managing Roaming Platforms.
- Tracking International A2P SMS traffic and revenue, coordinating penetration tests with partners and taking actions on bypasses.
- Innovating new solutions for superior user experience & process improvement
Robi Axiata Limited (Robi) is a subsidiary company of the Asian telecom giant, Axiata Group Berhad, based in Malaysia. The other shareholder in the entity is Bharti Airtel International (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Robi is the second largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh with 46.88 Mn subscribers as of end of December 2018
