Robi Axiata Limited is looking for R Store Products Manager 2021 in Dhaka

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify opportunities to leverage R-Store partnerships and products for monetization across all other business units
  • Develop digitally enabled products and services in collaboration with partners from multiple industries ranging from e-commerce, marketplaces, IOT and technology, fulfillment and logistics, fintech and insur -tech
  • Develop new digital distribution Solutions business prospects and formulate end-to-end eco-system from market feasibility viewpoint in order to ensure incremental business growth.
  • Craft product strategies and business models merging telco and telco agnostic industries
  • Plan Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and execute nationwide roll-out
  • Lead strategic digital distribution Solutions campaigns, gain support from other business areas to include market development, PR, channel sales, etc., which reflect to revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and create relationships with customers and business partners to promote growth R-Store business through development of Ecosystem.
  • Capable to manage existing customer base by using different medium of communications
  • Take lead to develop customer enquiry and complain management process and convert enquiry/complains into potential sales
  • Capable to monitor activities of the competitors and set suitable counter strategies to win the market

Robi Axiata, the 2nd largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh currently owned by two major stakeholders being Axiata and Bharti Airtel. In this company, Axiata of Malaysia holds a major controlling stake of 61.82%, Bharti Airtel of India holds 28.18%, and remaining 10% stake is hold by investors in DSE and CSE.

Eligibilities

  • At least 4+ years’ experience in product development, Start-ups & Business Development
  • Start-Up Mindset to build a business from the scratch
  • Hands-on experience in Telco solutions would be considered as an added advantage
  • Established strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Must have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing and development plans
  • Strong in oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Business graduation from a reputed national/foreign university with an understanding of product development and sales
