Job Responsibilities:
- Network enhancement related requirement & necessary communication with Regulato-ry Affairs
- QoS Benchmark related report/ activity follow up & communication with Robi Regulato-ry Affairs, Technology (Service Management) & Corporate Strategy team
- Responsible for Regulatory/ BTRC raised customer complain tracking & solution follow up with technology
- Responsible & POC of technology for AMTOB activity
- Analyze available competitive insight like Benchmark, NPS, Facebook etc and take ini-tiative to solve various issue to ensure improvement in performance compared to com-petition
- Develop new Initiative and execute different guideline to enhance business efficiency
- Liaison with MSP, Tech (SM), Finance and partners for new site requirement & support the business case with necessary input to concern team

Eligibilities
Educational Requirement:
- BSc Engineering from a reputed University. MBA/Masters are preferred.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years experience with 4 year experience in leadership role
Skills Requirement:
- Strong Experience in telecom domain is a MUST, of which at least Four (4) years at team leading role.
- Experienced in project management methodologies and processes, pro-gress reporting, risk management, project management tools, project planning and control techniques.
- Experience in managing complex pro-ject with a proven track record in project delivery Strong fundamental knowledge on telecommunication technology with experience in network architecture and network evolution.
- A telecom leader with core-domain exposure with thorough hands ON, analytical skills, ability to work in a pressurized environment, ability to create a mentoring culture and impart strong motivation among the team members
