Job Responsibilities
- Use DPI (Deep packet inspection) data to analyze and predict subscriber behavior and find business insight using different tools like DNA, Geolocation, AdExchange etc.
- Track and analyze different app user and usage (Streaming, Messaging, e-commerce, ride sharing, OTT etc.) and generate actionable business insight
- Create and maintain DataMart in CDP & Oracle data base. Develop new procedure in Cloudera big data platform (CDP) and transfer existing SQL stored procedure to CDP
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Collaborate with external vendors for new solution development
- Partner onboarding and negotiation for new development
- Develop and manage interactive management reporting in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly form.
- Ensure network benchmarking to measure completion network performance and make analysis to identify and implement improvement action
- Ensure timely Network Benchmark report submission to BTRC
- Divisional Capex & Opex budget planning
- Project planning and implementation
- Ensure proper utilization of divisional budget
- Ensure timely execution of procurement related activity (Business case, Purchase requisition, Purchase order etc.)

Eligibilities
Academic Qualifications
- B.Sc in Computer science or Relevant arears /Finance/Economics/BBA from a reputed local or foreign University
- MBA would be an added advantage
Specific Skills Required
- Should have adequate practical knowledge on SQL language, Relational Database Handling Skill, Reporting Skills in Excel, PowerPoint. Skill in Tableau visualization tool will be added advantage. Financial planning and strategy, Networking Topology related knowledge, Strategic planning and analyzing information, statistical analysis, In-depth knowledge of Telco Market Trends, Knowledge on regulatory regime.
- Strong analytical ability and critical thinking mind. Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Team Player, Quick Learner and problem solving mindset. Result oriented and focused.
- Adopt new tools and technology quickly.
