Robi Axiata is looking for Application Architecture, Demand and Product Management Manager 2021 in Dhaka
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the execution of Telecom BSS System architect solution, demand and strategy that support business growth
- Develop BSS Systems demand management roadmap, objective and strategy that drive the achievement of business goals in most optimistic way. Support management to improve Demand Management Process which will govern, review and approve information technology investments and programs.
- Study technical feasibility on business requirements and TTM within given SLA timeline, pertaining to BSS domain
- Doing feasibility analysis of different business requirement based on technical capability of current system
- Identify customization scope for any business requirement and ensure end to end implementation
- Ensure governance of major BSS Systems investments through rigorous ROI evaluation, Business Case establishment, actual expenditure tracking, ongoing emphasis on and reporting of target benefits and establishment of a process for accurate value realization measurement
- Continually learn current and future architecture, while outlining a current-to-future architectural transition plan for BSS Systems. Manage demand by implementing every proposed initiative aligns with that transition plan of BSS Systems.
- Manage discussions with product, marketing, sales, technology, operation team and other relevant parties pertaining to demand figures, new services, features, interfaces and network expectations in meeting efficient capacity deployment, operational excellence and availability of subscriber services
- Ensure workforce competencies are reviewed continuously and appropriate training and development activities are designed for all members
- Work with BSS Systems stakeholders to reshape demand away from maintenance and toward value creating activities; while looking for ways to continually reduce demand in the legacy & silo application space.

Educational Qualification
- B. Sc in Engineering / Computer Science/ ETE/ EEE /ICT

- BSS Domain knowledge
- Strong fundamental knowledge on GSM / WCDMA / IS-95 Core & Charging system
- Mid-level knowledge on any Programming language & App development framework
- Sound knowledge on Unix system & Database
- Knowledge on Agile project management
- Sound time management skills
- Knowledge of business, management principles
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance
- Ability to building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and externally
- Experienced in project management methodologies and processes, progress reporting, risk management project management tools, project planning and control techniques.
