Research Triangle Institute (RTI) is looking for Nutrition Manager 2024 in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the technical lead for all activities in the Nutrition pillar in areas such as consumption, behavior change campaigns, and improving nutritional status of value chain actors, especially women and rural households.
  • Manages the work of Social Behavior Change and Nutrition staff across regional offices.
  • Supports local partners and grantees carrying out activities under the Nutrition Utilization pillar.
  • Liaises with other donor-funded initiatives to build synergies and share lessons learned and best practices.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree and 10 years of experience working on nutrition activities, or a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in building, mobilizing, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, and with multiple concurrent demands.
  • Ability to resolve sensitive and complicated work issues with senior high-level country counterparts, donor representatives, and senior-level staff.
  • Experience working in Bangladesh is required.
  • Bangladeshi citizens/nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
