Job Responsibilities:
- Handle trademark and design portfolios of all brands of the company;
- Overseeing and coordinating trademark/patent design filings globally specially in Europe, USA, and other Asian countries;
- Filing and prosecuting trademark/patent design applications up to grant; also follow-up renewals, records, and oppositions;
- Conducting trademark/patent design searches and preparing availability search reports;
- Advising on strategies and courses of action available to the management;
- Reviewing Examination reports and drafting responses to Office Actions;
- Other regulatory activities are assigned by the management when required.

Eligibilities
- LLB/LLM from a reputed Public/Private University
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Law or equivalent
- 3 to 5 year(s) Experience
- Meticulous, well-organized and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- Positive mindset and attitude, hardworking & team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
