Quantanite is looking for Virtual Coordinator 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
1. Virtual Coordinator to the CTO – The roles will report to the CTO of the client and are expected to handle administrative tasks, such as:
- Reviewing and organizing tasks according to priorities.
- Update task status(maintain required trackers for the tasks).
- Notifying the CTO about urgent matters.
- Reconciling accounts in the client’s portal.
- Reviewing emails of the CTO and identifying and sorting junks, spams to organize emails.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and workflow tracking for accessibility for teams.
- Ensure daily reporting.
- Data research and update of information in the client’s portal.
- Maintain smooth communication with the client through emails and google meet as required.
2. Admin Associate – The roles will report to the COO of the client and are expected to handle administrative tasks, such as:
- Tracking emails and inquiries from the team members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments according to the preferences of the client.
- Manage and update company databases and records, such as sales leads data in Excel.
- Processing of invoice requests assigned by the client.
- Input and maintain data/information in various systems of the client.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and workflow tracking for accessibility for teams.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of reports and presentations.
- Multitask and work on different projects as required.
- Ensure transcripts are turned in on time by reviewing the jobs in progress spreadsheet
- Ensure daily reporting and smooth communication with the client.

Academic Background:
- Candidates having graduated from a reputed institute can apply. However, for applicants with the right attitude and aptitude, the educational qualifications can be relaxed.
- Candidates with an English medium background (having O’level and A’level) will be given preference.
Experience:
- Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
