Quantanite is looking for Team Leader/Sr. Executive – Procurement 2023 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist the senior team in reviewing and developing the procurement process to meet the company’s needs and goals.
- Work with various departments within the company to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
- Develop, evaluate and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Source, negotiate and purchase goods and services from vendors in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure that all goods and services meet quality standards.
- Maintain and update the vendor list, non-disclosure agreement and contracts.
- Manage the procurement budget and ensure that all procurement activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Analyze market trends and changes to ensure that the company’s procurement strategies are up-to-date and effective.
- Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
- Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. PI collection, L/C Open, L/C amendment, L/C retirement and conditions according to shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization etc.) are done properly and transparently.
- Maintain liaison with supplier, C&F & transportation to reach the product to customs and ensure delivery of goods from customs and port authority.
- Maintain proper reports and communications with the local and overseas authorities.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Working experience in MNC is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a BPO or service oriented company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Basic Knowledge of export/import is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Withholding VAT and Tax knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously.
