Job Responsibilities:
- Recognize, attain, and/or exceed the clients’ objectives.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and
- providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Respond to consumer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalating essential and urgent customer issues related to department(s)
- Bridge communication gap between customer and the management
- Assist customers in navigating services, and policies, answering their questions, and
- providing relevant guidance.
- Creating invoices from Sales Orders & Vendor Emails
- Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Required Skills, Background & Attributes: Education Background:
-Graduate from any University. Candidates with a background in BBA & CSE are preferred in the role.
Functional/Technical Competency (Aptitude):
-Basic Computer Skills ( knowledge of Spreadsheet, Excel, Word, Google Suite);
-Ability to research information from web-based/offline platforms;
-Excellent Typing Speed (about 40 WPM).
