PUMA Group is hiring Developer Apparel 2021 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop assigned styles with Designers, PLMs and suppliers.
- Prepare and keep record of style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments throughout the development process.
- Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting.
- Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process.
- Provide and collect product comments to help to achieve a higher product value.
- Follow up all requested changes to ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement.
- Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments).
- Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process.
- Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems.
- Cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit.
- Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness.

Eligibilities
- Minimum graduate from a reputed university.
- Relevant experience from both factory and buying office from 5 to 7 years.
- Specialized knowledge in respective function of costing process, project management, garment making, sewing techniques with product and material knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, detailed-oriented, goal-oriented personality with capabilities of multi-tasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, good at problem solving and time management.
