Proximity Designs is hiring Deputy Head of Talent Development 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help identify ongoing talent development and performance needs within Proximity and propose appropriate innovations/solutions to address them.
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Talent Development to develop and execute adult skills building programs, integrating the highest caliber of learning design theory, digital and blended learning models and workforce development approach.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute quality learning initiatives within Proximity.
- Facilitate (online and in-person) core competency skills and manager trainings.
- Design e-courses and guide others in designing them too.
- Lead updates and modifications to School learning programs.
- Control the quality of training programs through developing skilled training facilitators, utilizing the latest in adult learning pedagogy, and creating consistency between the training experience and Proximity School’s brand.

Eligibilities
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of expertise in fields related to digital learning, education, curriculum design, training facilitation and/or people analytics.
- Project management experience to oversee talent development programs and initiatives within the organization.
- People-building skills.
- Fluency in speaking, writing and reading in Myanmar and English.
- Social drive and a natural inclination towards co-creating open and collaborative organizational culture.
- Curiosity to gain a deep understanding of the unique potential and challenges of our field and Yangon workforce.
