Primark is looking for Traceability Operations Co-Ordinator 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with all Primark suppliers, internal Primark teams and external traceability partners to support the Traceability strategy
- Support the traceability team to train, onboard and support suppliers to comply with Primark traceability requirements
- Act as the first point of contact with suppliers for traceability escalations and exception management
- Receive and respond to supplier traceability queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Support suppliers in the use of a traceability tools functionalities
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure the quality and timeliness of the information they provide
- Assistance with the analysis of data collected and the monitoring of project progress
- Produce weekly updates and progress reports
- Create and maintain any SOP’s and documentation
- Organisation and scheduling of supplier meetings, workshops, conferences as required
- The successful candidate needs to manage multiple issues, engage multiple stakeholders and ensure these issues are resolved efficiently.
- The role involves travel coordination, meeting schedules, presentations, preparation as required.
