Job Responsibilities:
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams;
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders;
- Being a point of contact for various working groups;
- Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, scops & budgets, and outcomes;
- Ensuring resources and equipment are always available;
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes;
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested;
- Thorough project documentation;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Knowledge of industry best practices;

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers;
- Minimum 2+ years of experience;
- Proven working experience as a project coordinator/administrator in the information technology sector;
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools like JIRA or equivalent;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
Good to have:
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
Additional Information
- Communication skill is very important for this role; our engineers work across every team in the organization. Applicants should be able to communicate not only with other developers but also with management, non-tech team members & external parties.
