PolygonTech is hiring Lead Software Engineer/Engineering Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop & Execute software solutions to address business issues
- Provide Architectural blueprints & technical leadership
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Oversee the progress of the development team & projects to ensure consistency with the initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Oversight and approval of all final programs and products before the formal launch
- Actively seek ways to improve project & engineering processes and interactions
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies & processes to ensure the highest quality production platform.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a professional Software Engineer in any server-side technologies, preferably in Java and/or PHP
- Ability & willingness to manage a group of Engineers from different technology stacks
- Ability and willingness to manage the internal/external Project Management POC
- Demonstrated experience of scaling in the cloud/ground/hybrid infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience of working in complex software projects
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent industry experience (Optional)
