Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse the issues to provide first level SAP support
• Supporting all SAP users for day-to-day Activities and SAP projects in PVM BD.
• Work as a key lead to maintain various SAP masters for the company.
• Create/update SAP Documentation for all Functions on operational activities.
• Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution.
• Coordinate issues and monitor issue resolution.
• Provide IT acceptance testing for all types of SAP configuration.
• To support various departments for their respective closing in SAP by highlighting open items/exceptions.
• Provide SAP Training to impart required training/guidelines to the users.
• Person should have good knowledge of the business application process (preferably Secondary Sales and SFA)
• Project management (Includes Digitization/Business automation, business process improvement etc.)
• Ensure IT support for business applications (preferably Sales Automations)
• Prepare Documentation/SOP for best practices of all business applications
• Support on IT Budget (Automations).
• Supporting and Maintaining software and hardware inventory
