Pathao is looking for Customer Experience Team Officer 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to customer and merchant inquiries through phone calls, live chat, and emails
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer and merchant complaints to the appropriate operational teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers and merchants
• Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams
• Administer surveys to gauge customer and merchant satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with the Sales team to implement and communicate sales promotion activities.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Freshers are encouraged to apply too if they meet the other requirements
• Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear and concise information
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize, understand customer needs, and provide satisfactory solutions
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional, even in challenging or high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet browsing, and data entry
• Knowledge of relevant software applications or customer relationship management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage.
