Job Responsibilities:
Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.
- Your role as the Partnership Manager is designed to develop and manage the partnership strategy of Oxfam in Bangladesh.
- Being the leader and custodian of Partnership Strategy, you are responsible to design, develop, groom and mentor the future partnerships of Oxfam in Bangladesh with a range of institutions including NGOs, Academia, the Private Sector, Government institutions, financial institutions and other multilateral institutions.
- Do you have substantial experience working with a range of institutions including NGOs, Academia, the Private Sector, Government institutions, financial institutions and other multilateral institutions?
- Do you have a post-graduation/graduation qualification in a related field of study with at least 7 years’ quality experience providing a range of develop and manage the partnership strategy to an organisation?
- Do you have knowledge & capacity to design, develop, groom and mentor the future partnerships process?
- Significant staff management experience and skills in developing teams?If the answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you!
