Job Responsibilities
- Providing client training and support during the night and day shift.
- Identifying client needs.
- Assisting in domain research.
- Having a complete understanding of the domain logic and products.
- Providing prompt assistance to the clients regarding issues and feedback.
- Analyzing and testing software in order to ensure quality and maintenance.
- Sharing client issues/requests with team members and following up.
- Creating reports of client services and feedback.
- Working 40 hours a week.

Eligibilities
- Must be excellent in English to communicate with clients across the globe.
- Should not have any issues working at night and day roster.
- Must be good with research.
- Must be a graduate from any field of a reputed university (BBA/MBA or BSS (Communication) preferred).
- Must be patient, positive and empathetic toward clients.
- 0-2 year(s) experienced or fresh graduates.
- Should be dynamic and adaptable to changes.
- Must have a good understanding of client support.
- Must have some experience with university projects.
