Optimizely is looking for Senior Staff Software Engineer (Frontend) 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build mission critical features that make a substantial business impact on Optimizely’s newest product offering.
- Promote a passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, lovable interfaces that make data simple.
- Lead and mentor engineers across teams, setting best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Drive technical strategy for the analytics platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX teams to define and implement new analytics features.
- Working hours – Monday – Friday (11AM – 7PM)

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and best practices.
- Experience with data-driven applications, analytics platforms, or experimentation frameworks.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence technical direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Embedded UI components.

- Custom Visualizations.
