Job Responsibilities:
- Standard Implementation: Ensure governance standards are upheld across the portfolio, track and update programme milestones and deliverables.
- New Project Manager Induction: Facilitate the integration of new project managers into the Core Transformation Team, ensuring consistency in applying standards and workflows.
- Terms of Reference: Set clear Terms of Reference for all programmes and projects.
- RAID Management: Manage programme Risk, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
- Programme Assurance: Conduct assurance activities to ensure effective use of tools like SharePoint and JIRA.
- Steering Committee Support: Prepare and distribute essential information for Steering Committee meetings and document their outcomes.
- Workshop Coordination: Organize requirement gathering workshops and document actions.
- Template Management: Maintain and update the team’s Centre of Excellence repository of project templates.
- Portfolio Review Preparation: Compile project reports and prepare materials for the Portfolio Review Forum, including the dashboard.
- Communication Management: Manage communications, schedule team meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
- Support Member Onboarding: Provide team members with access to necessary tools and resources.
- Team Meeting Management: Organize team meetings, manage logistics, and document proceedings.

Eligibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent command of English is essential, as you will be collaborating with a core team based in the UK and serving stakeholders worldwide. This skill is non-negotiable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in portfolio management or a project coordinator role, with a strong background in portfolio assurance, governance, and methodology.
- Advanced skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and planning.
- Comprehensive experience in full lifecycle project management.
- Proven ability in setting up and managing project coordination/administration.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Qualified in a relevant discipline including Portfolio Management; Programme Management or Project Management.
