Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and prioritize user and stakeholder feedback to enhance products.
- Communicate product priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Implement data-driven decision-making and establish clear prioritization principles.
- Provide technical expertise, collaborate with Engineering to estimate project timelines.
- Work with UX on discovery, research, and customer insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate customer needs.
- Draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with input from Engineering and UX.
- Lead and guide the scrum team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain consistent product delivery and quality standards.
- Communicate company strategy and focus on customer value.
- Align team goals with company objectives through key results (OKRs).
- Drive product execution, adoption, and data-driven improvements.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to achieve business goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve product development processes.
- Manage conflicts professionally and know when to escalate.
- Represent the product in demos, presentations, and customer calls.
- Lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
- 5-8 years of SaaS product management experience or 3-5 years with extensive Optimizely experience.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Proven track record of delivering quality, on-time products with measurable business impact.
- Experience with rapid experimentation to quickly learn, iterate, and improve.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting strategy, and determining product-market fit.
- Experience with MarTech (preferred), CMS, Experimentation, CDP, or Content Marketing Platforms (ideal).
- Experience with Targeting/Segmentation (best).
