Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years product experience or equivalent skills
- Market Awareness: Becoming a domain (product area) expert. Tracks trends but is also aware of specific competitor positioning
- PM Expertise: Excels at the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management
- Business Expertise: Keen business acumen and has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of product success
- X-Functional: Work begins to scale beyond their core area of responsibility; regularly works cross-functionally to support the end-to-end Product Development process and cross-functional initiatives
- Metrics/Data: Identifies and tracks the right metrics. Responsible for creating dashboards/reporting. Uses data to consistently meet or exceed goals.
