Job Responsibilities:
- Fostering a collaborative environment and providing hands-on support, including coding when needed.
- Driving the adoption of software development best practices like TDD, clean code, and SOLID principles is essential, with the manager educating and guiding the team.
- Prioritizing support requests, bug fixes, production issues, and roadmap items for each sprint.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- GraphQL, REST
- TypeScript, JavaScript, C#
- Cloudflare workers, Kubernetes
- Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
- 3+ years’ experience of managing developer team(s)
- Experience developing with TypeScript
- Expertise with API design and development of GraphQL or RESTful web services
- Experience working with TDD and Clean Code
- Experience partnering closely with internal stakeholders, to gain a strong understanding of business and product data needs
- You find satisfaction in being a force multiplier for your colleagues
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering or related experience required
