Job Responsibilities
- You will leads both operational and directional aspects of two or more features / processes / programs.
- Conception and implementation of internal HR projects, like HR process or guidelines
- Development of suitable solutions for the global HR organization.
- Preparation of global HR ISO audits and close cooperation with other departments, e.g. global IT and Security.
- Accountable for delivering high quality, on time work.
- You will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable or intangible factors.
- You will consistently solve significant and unique problems, related to compliance, Security but with focus on our global HR environment.

Eligibilities
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience of fast-paced environments,
- Very good understanding of management systems in information security (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Strong understanding of processes and security technologies in the IT and information security environment
- Conceptual and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm as well as affinity for information security
- Distinct ability to work in a team as well as willingness to learn and further develop new solutions and processes
- Flexible work: on weekends and nightshift, to cover and work in different time zones.
