Optimizely is looking for Onboarding, Reporting and Operations Manager 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Reporting and Opportunity Management: Opportunity reporting, exports, tagging, and attribution.
- Manual and Bulk Management of Co-Sell Opportunities (create, upload, close, and update deals within Alliance Partner Center).
- Alliance Deal Mapping and sharing in support of Optimizely Strategic Alliance Team and Optimizely Sales Teams.
- Facilitate introductions/setup meetings between Optimizely and Alliance Sales Team for Co-sell engagement and intelligence gathering (Needed and with guidance from Alliance Managers).
- Management of Alliance related programs within Alliance partner centers such as Co-Sell Referrals, Benefits/Competencies, Marketing, etc.
- Submit claims for Funding (MDF, Incentives, etc…) for reimbursement in the Partner Center and ensure funds are received.
- Maintenance, update, and publication of partner related content to approved locations.
- Working closely with the Solution Architect team to ensure the smooth onboarding of partners.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/MIS/Data Scienc
- Excellent Written Communications Skills.
- General Knowledge of Reporting and Excel Analytics (for bulk Export/Import/Update Operations).
- Detail Oriented with creative problem-solving as it relates to matching records and improving the accuracy of reporting.
- Team player, Strong drive, Self-starter, Willing to own tasks to help drive initiatives, working across the organization.
- Understanding of Sales terminology and concepts.
