Introduction
As a Manager within the Analytics organization, you will be instrumental into the running our new Dhaka Analytics branch of the Analytics team. You will be results focussed and driven to provide positive outcomes for our partners, customers and prospects through your leadership. Through having a wealth of data at your fingertips, you will work with your team across departments to measure and report the performance of the Optimizely’s pipeline and customer base, whilst generating insights that will enable the business to optimise performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 data enthusiasts with the scope to build this team further during 2023.
- Measure and monitor KPIs across various business areas.
- Take ownership so that we comply with the commitments of our partner network.
- Using data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Thought leadership on process improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Working directly with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver insight and strategy in a consultative capacity-
- Identifying new opportunities in how we utilize data.
- Collaborate effectively with members of the team around the globe, avoiding silos.
- Be a player-manager, who is adept at getting into the data when required.

Eligibilities
Knowledge and Experience
- Track record of managing a high-performing team.
- Experience building dashboarding solutions, using the likes of Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense.
- A background in Digital Analytics practices: CRM, Web analytics.
- Balance multiple projects with stakeholders across various departments.
- Manage expectations when there may be a delay.
- Understanding the key drivers of pipeline generation.
- Advanced SQL.
- Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Collation, manipulation, analysis & presentation of data.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of the service with a non-technical audience.
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Good team player but the ability to work independently when required.
- A broad knowledge of SaaS products and how SaaS businesses operate.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/MIS/Data Science
