Job Responsibilities:
- Gather project requirements through stakeholder interviews.
- Apply Business Analysis best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with BIOS colleagues to deliver projects.
- Create and maintain cross-departmental documentation.
- Facilitate discussions to understand requirements and evaluate solutions.
- Identify process, operations, and system gaps.
- Document current and define new processes with stakeholders.
- Review and contribute to technical designs and project plans.
- Understand system data flows.
- Build cross-departmental trust.
- Work with EPMO/BIOS roles, project managers, and IT/Data Services specialists.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years working as a Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of projects.
- Highly proficient with the tools and techniques related to Business Analysis.
- Experience working with a Global Software Company.
- Previous exposure to enterprise systems (such as Salesforce and NetSuite).
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis.
