Optimizely is looking for AI Engagement Manager 2025 in Dhaka.

Job responsibilities:

  • Educational Content Development: Create and deliver educational materials to empower internal users of AI tools, ensuring they understand how to use them effectively in their roles.
  • Tool Customization & Tailoring: Work closely with different teams to tailor AI tools to meet their specific workflows and needs, enhancing the user experience and increasing adoption.
  • Communication & Updates: Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating updates and new features of AI tools to employees, keeping everyone informed about the latest advancements.
  • Feedback Collection & Feature Requests: Regularly engage with teams to gather feedback on the AI tools, track pain points, and identify feature requests to inform product improvements.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Assess AI tools and solutions from external vendors to determine their fit for the company’s needs, ensuring we select the best options for our teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the AI engineering team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and the successful implementation of AI initiatives across the company.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

1. Education:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.

2. Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within AI or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts into user-friendly content and training materials.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple teams and priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company.
  • Experience in evaluating and integrating third-party AI tools and solutions.
  • Passion for AI and helping teams leverage advanced technology to solve business challenges.
