Optimizely is hiring Team Lead, Expert Services 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- 50 % of your time as team lead and 50 % as an onboarding manager.
- Manage a team of Onboarding Project Managers as a matrix manager, four team members located in EMEA and APJ.
- Empower your team to deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience as business advisors helping our customers through the early customer journey.
- As a player-coach to the team:
- Act as a onboarding escalation point, possessing the ability to handle difficult customer conversations deftly.
- Provide support and overflow capacity to the team as needed.
- Maintain best-in-class customer service, actively coaching your team on best practices, customer feedback, personal growth etc.
- Be a developmental leader, working closely with team members to focus on career growth potential.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching and constantly challenging the team by being a catalyst to their growth.
- Be an ambassador for the Onboarding team across the organization, working closely and collaboratively with key business partners in Solution Consultant, Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
- Working closely with the Global Onboarding leadership team and Global Solution Consultant team to seek out and incorporate feedback to make relevant changes, updates and implement the new onboarding process as needed.
- Contribute to departmental OKRs pertaining to the Global Onboarding team.
- Develop and iterate on internal and external documentation to support the team and the whole organization.
- Deliver a smooth onboarding process to new team members – managing training content, scheduling ride along, etc. together with the Manager.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
- Support customers and partners during the entire onboarding project lifecycle
- Report on the status of the project to customer, partners, and management team
- Schedule go/no go meetings, go-lives dates, and required personnel
- Prepare and update project documentation (project plan, scope of work, status updates)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Eligibilities
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment in Customer Enablement, Support, and/or Sales
• 2-3 years of previous leadership experience
• A healthy obsession for customers, and an incessant drive to innovate
• Strong work ethic and good organizational skills
• Proven track record in a dynamic, fast-moving ever changeable environment
• Ability to work well under pressure, while retaining focus and composure
• Strong leadership skills and self-sufficiency in working independently

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
