Optimizely is hiring Product Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the Commerce products you own, ensuring alignment with overall Commerce goals and Optimizely strategy.
- Act as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Lead the Agile and Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, while also ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Write detailed user stories and break down epics, creating comprehensive and well-organized tickets for the engineering team to work from.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing iteration.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and cross-functional collaboration by identifying and addressing areas for growth and optimization.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, managing time effectively across different time zones and taking ownership of tasks and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Please note, this role will be working closely with our US team so working hours will be from 2:00pm – 10:00pm (GMT+6).
- Work week will be Monday through Friday.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, etc. preferred.
- Certifications in Product Management or technologies preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, including a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven success in leading product development and delivering high-quality products within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes, and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficient in using Jira or similar project management tools for task tracking, prioritization, and collaboration, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless communication across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise user stories and break down epics for engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the commerce industry and experience working with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role requires effective collaboration with international team members and stakeholders.
