Optimizely is hiring Junior Accountant 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary service to customers – both internal and external
- Communicate with customers on class details and other information
- Manage the Optimizely Education email inbox and support ticket system, and ensure issues are being resolved or escalated accordingly
- Work closely with trainers and administrative staff on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS and other systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and escalating LMS issues
- Standard contract drafting
- Manage scheduling, registrations, and reporting of exams
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and the creation of user manuals
- Edit data and records to ensure accuracy, and prepare and create reports on a timely basis
- Be a valued member and contributor to the Optimizely Education team

Eligibilities
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience of customer facing roles, preferably in support, training or service administration
- Working with learning management systems and customer relationship management systems
- Basic understanding of sales and finance
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or similar work experience as an admin.
