Optimizely is Hiring Contracts Operation Analyst 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating in a team responsible for ensuring that team tasks below are carried out in an efficient and professional manner with focus on accuracy and details. You will be handling escalations from supporting teams on an ad-hoc basis. Key areas include:
Contract Operations
- Locate: Find Customer contracts across several disparate electronic repositories within Optimizely
- Centralize: Move the above-mentioned Customer contracts into dedicated folders / systems
- Digitize: Extract key contract attributes from files and enter such data into the Optimizely database
Such responsibilities with cover both new Customers that are signed (in 2023+) as well as all existing Customers signed prior to 2023
Subscription Consolidation
- Serve as an escalation point to consolidate multiple Customer product Subscriptions to one Subscription for a Customer’s next renewal event
- Upsell Support for Existing Customer Deals
- Serve as a escalation point to accelerate the above “Contract Operations” steps (mentioned above) for an active deal in pipeline that has not yet gone through the Locate, Centralize, Digitize, process
- Booking Validation Support
- Support Sales Operations and Order Management to validate all supporting information captured in the Optimizely CRM for a Closed/Won Booking is accurate.
- Serve as an escalation point to make corrections in Opportunities and/or Quotes for Closed/Won Bookings

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years industry experience
- Experience with data management
- Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) is a plus
Education
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
