Job Responsibilities:
- Works globally, with a team of system administrators in a 24×7 environment to respond to tickets and projects
- Based on business initiatives, identifies hardware and software needs
- Configures and maintains hardware platforms, virtual and cloud environments
- Monitors and responds to network security events
- Implements standards across global locations
- Configures and maintains device and platform images
- Ensures that backup is configured appropriately and running
- Works within the guidelines of security and compliance requirements, including ISO, GDPR, PCI, eDiscovery, HIPPA, SOC II
- Stays current with the industry to evaluate and propose new technologies as required
- Implements new technologies to meet project goals
- Mentor junior team members

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience required
- Certification in a technology preferred
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Microsoft Hypervisor and/or VMware ESXi experience preferred
- Experience with various cloud computing and NAS/SAN providers preferred
- The ability to understand and compute storage and capacity
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree preferred
