Next Sourcing is hiring Assistant Product Manager 2021 in Dhaka.

The Product Manager will drive and maximize the Next Sourcing sales and profit by developing exciting, beautiful, excellent quality product in line with Critical Path for the Girls/Women’s denim, license and school wear product areas. As a people-person, he will build great relationships with UK buying and design teams to be able to achieve best sales. With his keen eye for design, trends and deep understanding of the taste level in the UK, he will ensure the right suppliers and product strategies are implemented to deliver the best offer for Next and the UK market. He will work closely with the UK teams to build strong relationships and service levels to raise his territories profile and establish Next Sourcing as their key supplier.

Responsibilities

• Management of virtual presentations, customer visits & buying trips, ensuring presentations are well prepared and that visitors are always impressed.
• Work with the UK buying and design teams to understand the needs of the Customer
• Stay up to date with UK fashion trends and product directions within Next.
• Work with the merchandising and technical teams within the local office to ensure the product offers are backed-up by excellent service and quality. In particular, development samples and price quotes must always be fast and accurate in line with Critical Path.
• Establish and implement product and sourcing strategies to achieve the sales target with Senior Product Manager and Merchandising Manager.
• Set sales budgets for the responsible products category / department with Senior Product Manager and Merchandising Manager together.
• Monitor status of sales against the budget on a continual basis and react as necessary
• Work together with the Fabric Sourcing team, if applicable, in your country to ensure key seasonal fabrics are presented.
• Deliver and present the season’s key product and trim trends at the target UK RSP, in order to drive your department sales in accordance with the UK critical path.
• Supplier visits and sharing market intel to UK buying and design teams to promote territory capabilities.
