Nestor living is looking for Facilities Manager, 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Own end to end operations of the House/s and overall management
- Manage a team of Housekeeping & Service Staff and coordinate great delivery of services with various vendors for daily operations
- Understanding the requirements of the customer and articulately dealing with situations and queries
- Being the Single Point of Contact for all the tenants, references, and the management of the site/s
- Formulate & manage records, checklists and carry out various data inputs required for smooth functioning of the unit(s)
- Support in day-to-day operations at Nestor properties – ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food, Housekeeping services, Security, Internet, Laundry and Community Events
- Recommend product & marketing strategy to minimize vacancies and optimize revenue
- Coordinate with Operations & Admin Teams for monthly requirements of equipment, stationery & supplies and execute accordingly
- Coordinate & communicate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties if required
- Providing ground/field support during exigencies

Eligibilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality or facilities management industry is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience is mandatory
- Grasp of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- In addition to being an excellent communicator, you must have great organizing and multi-tasking skills
- Good understanding of Project Management is a plus
