Navitas is looking for Regional Director (Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal) 2022 in Bangladesh
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for driving monthly, quarterly and annual student recruitment targets into each Division.
- Ensuring a positive, collaborative and high performing office culture within a global matrix.
- Relationship mapping and management across key accounts and relevant government bodies.
- Develop and manage the operational budget for the region while ensuring compliance with regional HR, finance and property requirements.
- Management of team performance (enrolment growth, conversion rates, new agents & channels) through setting staff KPIs and coaching through day-to-day activities.
- Working with the Regional Managers to manage relationships/accounts with agency partners.

Eligibilities
- Good understanding of international education industry and visa processes, particularly for Australia, UK, Canada and USA.
- Demonstrable experience of developing sales and marketing strategies and plans.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Proven ability to initiate and implement account and channel management strategies and tactics that contributed to sustainable business growth.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in a relevant sector or industry. Education industry highly desirable.
