Nagad is hiring Culture & Employer Branding, Human Resources (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager) 2022 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & execute the initiatives / programs related to employer branding to promote Nagad’s position as a leading employer of choice in the digital/ MFS industry through social media and other digital / physical communication channels.
- Manage Organization Culture of Nagad in alignment with the strategic directions.
- Design, Plan and Oversee the Internship, Management Trainee & various Campus Activation Programs.
- Enhance visibility on Internal Employer Branding by leading Employee Engagement initiatives organization-wide.
- Drive improvement of Employee Effectiveness of Nagad to help achieve strategic ambitions through employee engagement strategy, initiatives, and company level action plan drive.
- Building & maintaining rapport with the relevant stakeholders who have direct/indirect impact on Employer Branding & Talent Supply.
Nagad is a Bangladeshi Digital Financial Service, operating under the authority of Bangladesh Post Office, an attached department of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication. It is the new version of the previously introduced Postal Cash Card and Electronic Money Transfer System of the Bangladesh Post Office.

Eligibilities
Academic:
Ø Bachelors in Business Studies
Ø Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Experience:
Ø 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant areas with a focus on HR, Communications and Branding
Ø Exposure to campus activations, club-level engagement at university level and various digital marketing platforms
Special Attributes:
Ø Ability to adapt & take up challenges in a fast-paced working environment.
