Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Analyzing the buyer’s manual & implementing required processes and procedures across the factory
- Assist to implement QMS standards at the factory
- Documentation control -handling ISO master file, revision & replacement of documents
- QMS Implementation- Internal audit / Control of nonconforming product / Corrective action / Preventive action / Process Maps & flow charts.
- Coordinate and work on Product Safety – Needle Control / Metal detection procedure / Moisture 7. 7. 7. Management with all concerns to update SOP and related documents.
- Facilitate the requisition and booking of all Signage and Visual Posters (Instructions and designs)
- Monitoring the Disposal of Non-conforming products (fabric, finished goods, metals, and sharps) for timing and procedure
- Upload CAP evidence and supporting documents online (Buyer’s portal)
- Follow up on all Technical Compliance reporting requirements as per the Customer’s FE CAP
- Update Customer Quality and Technical Manual
- Facilitate machine and equipment calibration for all Facility unit
- Handling Technical Audit / Product Safety Audit / Approval Audit from different buyers

Eligibilities
Experience: 5-6 years
Education: Post Graduation in relevant field. Industrial Quality or Production Management in Textile & Apparel will be preferable
