Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility for implementation of activities relating to strengthened essential services for adolescents and their families through the AHA program in Bangladesh in Rangpur Division including responsibility for achieving delivery of annual workplans, agreed deliverables and project targets;

Coordination and day-to-day supervision of the Division Hub team to ensure synergies and efficiencies of activities led by consortium partners;
-
Liaison as needed with local government officials, project partners and other stakeholders to ensure a well-integrated and coordinated program which optimizes local resources;

Development of local annual workplans, tracking of progress and identification of issues and risks related to delivery of project activities;

Contribution to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) to ensure that project data is collected in line with the MEL plan and local lesson learning is fed back;

Contribution to project progress reports, workshops and dissemination events as needed;

Working with the Project Manager to ensure that the Rangpur Hub team complies with local financial and operational procedures as set out in the Operations Manual and other guidance documents;

Role modelling a culture of risk management, safeguarding and ethical and transparent conduct at all times throughout the Rangpur Division hub.

Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor and based on needs.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science field (such as adolescent health, child development, health systems, public health, nutrition etc.) or equivalent project management qualification
-
Minimum of six years’ experience in mid-level management or technical role relevant to health services and systems improvement
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively with relevant Bangladesh stakeholders (government, private sector, civil society) to advance health services and systems
-
Excellent interpersonal communication, English and Bangla language skills.
