Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, server virtualization and end point protection.
- Responsible for installing and upgrading Operating Systems and Software, Virtual Servers.
- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory and other Operating Systems i.e. Linux, Windows, Centos etc.
- Responsible for providing documentation and technical specifications to implement or upgrade of ICT infrastructure.
- Responsible for leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/EEE having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
- Minimum 6 Years
- System Administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, Virtualization will get preference.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM
- Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.
- Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.

- Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
