Modhumoti Bank Limited is hiring Officer-Credit Risk Management Division ( Corporate Risk) 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- To assess risks inherent in the credit proposals sent by Branch/Business Division.
- To ensure that the credit proposals comply with the CRM Guidelines, and the existing rules and regulations of the Bank and all regulatory authorities and laws of the country.
- To process credit proposals and prepare Credit Memo for approval of the competent authority by ensuring the followings:
- Scrutinize & analysis of proposals received from Branch/Business Division.-
- Analysis of borrower, industry, conduct of account, purpose of loans, pricing, ICRR, CIB Report etc.
- To prepare sanction advice for credit facilities by incorporating standard terms and conditions.
- To face internal and external Audit related to CRM Division.
Modhumoti Bank Limited is a private limited commercial bank in Bangladesh. The bank was established in 2013. Md Shafiul Azam is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Humayun Kabir is the chairperson and Sheikh Salahuddin Jewel is the Vice Chairman of the Bank.

Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university with no 3rd class in whole academic record.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4 Years
- 04 to 08 year(s) experience in a reputed commercial Bank / major financial institution in related field.
- However, candidate with extra ordinary education / professional qualification may apply with less experience.
Additional Requirment:
- Candidates bearing credit related professional qualification will be preferable.
- Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.
- Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.
- Must have good command on Microsoft Office as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.
- Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
- Must have customer focused attitude.
